Some tailgaters are chefs in real life; most are not, but still manage to
create some tasty menu items at their tailgates.  Here are some recipes
that are easy to make and taste great.  Each recipe is on a separate
page for easy printing.

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
For those early kick-offs!

2 lbs sausage (1 hot, 1 mild), browned and drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of onion soup  **
1 can cream of celery soup
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Rice Krispies

**If you’d like, you can sub cream of onion soup with 1 medium onion and
add another can
Of cream of celery soup.**
Layer cooked sausage in bottom of disposable 9 X 13 alum pan.
Mix all other ingredients except Rice Krispies in large bowl.  Pour over
Sausage.  Sprinkle Rice Krispies over top.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
This is best is you put it together the night before except for the Rice
Krispies.  Just add them in the morning, bake it and you’re on your way.
And it travels very well!!!
